

The CARRS Cohort is a state-of-the-art, population-based cohort of South Asian adults designed to address existing and emerging questions related to cardiometabolic disease.

high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes —
are pervasive not only in the rich but also in the poor.
The CARRS Cohort has resulted in more than 55 peer-reviewed publications to date with multiple manuscripts currently in process.

The CARRS Cohort is a robust research platform built over more than 10 years of active collaboration.
