Collaborating Organizations

The CARRS Study is a collaborative global partnership between the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI, New Delhi), Center for Chronic Disease Control (CCDC, New Delhi), All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS, New Delhi), Madras Diabetes Research Foundation (MDRF, Chennai) and Emory University (Atlanta). The coordinating center for the study is at Center for Chronic Disease Control (CCDC, New Delhi). Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (IGIB), New Delhi, is partnering in molecular expertise.

*CARRS Cohort Pakistan is a collaboration between Aga Khan University (AKU), Karachi, and Emory University and uses identical methods.
